Jo’s Labyrinth is run by Jo Hart, a teacher, parent, author and graphic artist.

Jo holds a Bachelor of Education and, as well as teaching experience in all primary year levels (prep/kindergarten to year 6), she also has experience working in preschools and ran a successful after school care program for several years.

She is the mum of three young children with big imaginations. From the moment they were born she has striven to nurture a love of books in all three of them.

Her writing credits include children’s stories featured on Smories (Can You Jump Like a Kangaroo) and Australian Women Online (Green Nadine and The Flower Show Fiasco), as well as several short stories for older readers in various anthologies (more information on her writing can be found on her author blog).

Jo has been doing graphic art as a hobby for many years and at one stage was a senior artist on a popular graphics site making banners for fanfiction and other fanart graphics. Lately she has been dabbling in photography and uses all her own stock pictures in her graphic making.

On this site you will find a blog that focuses on opening up a world of books and writing to young people, from toddlers all the way through to teens. You will also find information, pricing and examples of the personalised storybooks featuring YOUR child.
